I’m Michael Griffin — a New Hampshire-based sports photographer specializing in high school and college athletics, motocross, and senior portraits. I shoot across Southern Maine, Northern Massachusetts, and Southeast New Hampshire, delivering sharp, fast-moving images that reflect the intensity and emotion of every moment.

I work with athletes, families, and schools to make sure the moments that matter don’t get missed.

My journey with photography started nearly 50 years ago, when I picked up a film camera for my high school newspaper. That path led me to study at an art school in Florida, and over the years, I shot everything from weddings and senior portraits to crime scenes and sports for a local newspaper.

After a long career in corporate technology, I decided retirement wasn't going to slow me down. Instead, I leaned back into what I’ve always loved — photography. I invested in new gear, learned digital from the ground up, and now spend my time chasing peak moments on the field, track, or court.

This isn’t just a hobby. This work keeps me on my feet, behind the camera, and right in the middle of the action — exactly where I love to be.

Let’s work together

I photograph individual athletes, teams, schools, and organizations throughout New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts.

If you’ve got a season, race, or senior year coming up — I’d love to be part of it.
